When you look at the design and engineering phases of machinery and plants, such as SAB&#8217;s, they are often complicated by the complexity of over-burdening human imagination. Although simulation methods and 3D models on screen can also provide in-depth insights for interrelations, the most important step is still missing &#8211; namely the experience.<\/p>\n<p>Virtual reality closes this gap. It enables us to make the complex interrelations easier to understand and, above all, manageable for non-experts.<\/p>\n<p>Well-tried 2D planning data can probably never be replaced, but in many cases the use of VR technology has proven to be a great support to recognize misunderstandings and mistakes already in very early project phases, thus enabling us to avoid them from the outset.<\/p>\n<p>The future is now! As a pioneer of innovation in the industry, SAB lives and internalizes the following:<\/p>\n<p><em>Change is the law of life.
