Automation & System Integration

We develop and deliver solutions for counting centers – from feeding and singulation to counting and inspection technology, and finally to sorting and invalidating containers. The systems are modular in design and can be flexibly adapted to different throughput requirements, container types, and spatial conditions. A particular strength lies in our specially developed sorting unit, which enables particularly fast and reliable identification of containers. This allows significantly higher throughput rates to be achieved compared to conventional systems.

Individual System Concepts

A special focus is placed on stable and continuous material flow as well as high system availability in continuous industrial operation. The systems are designed to efficiently process and reliably evaluate large quantities of mixed containers. Each counting center is individually planned and precisely tailored to the customer's requirements.
