Screw compactors
for recycling processes
We develop screw compactors for the efficient compaction of PET bottles as well as aluminum and tin cans for the recycling industry. This technology represents an energy-efficient alternative to conventional balers and enables more economical processing of recyclables.
Our focus is on a significant reduction in energy consumption while maintaining high throughput. Due to the continuous compaction principle, significant savings can be achieved compared to conventional hydraulic press systems. This allows operating costs to be reduced and recycling processes to be made more efficient.
- Energy-efficient alternative to balers
- Continuous compaction process
- High throughput
- Reduced energy consumption
- Compact and robust design
- Low maintenance requirements
- High plant availability
- Individual integration into existing processes
Application & process design
Another advantage is the deliberately simple and robust plant concept. A high level of availability combined with low maintenance requirements is achieved through a reduced number of wear parts and a compact design. This ensures reliable operation and minimizes downtime. Compaction can be specifically adjusted directly in the screw compactor, which allows additional downstream systems to be reduced or avoided. At the same time, the plant combines several process steps in one system, enabling particularly space-saving and efficient implementation.
Integration & operational safety
All plants are individually designed for the respective requirements and optimally integrated into existing recycling processes. In doing so, we take into account throughput requirements as well as material properties and spatial conditions. The combination of robust construction, continuous process management, and reduced maintenance requirements results in durable and economical compaction solutions for continuous industrial operation.
