Packaging Processes & Automated Blister Packaging Systems

A significant advantage of our Automated Blister Packaging Systems lies in the combination of compact design, high speed, and maximum flexibility. The systems enable efficient processing of a wide variety of products and packaging variants, even at high cycle rates. Optionally, the systems can be equipped with robots that, for example, take over automated reel change processes, thereby enabling largely autonomous production operation. At the same time, intelligent control and handling concepts ensure minimal downtime as well as high process stability and economic efficiency. Our packaging and Automated Blister Packaging Systems are individually tailored to the respective requirements and seamlessly integrated into existing production environments. Upon request, we also handle the complete connection to upstream production, assembly, or testing systems.
